What You'll Do

As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your own specialist market within the fast-growing technology sector. You'll:

• Win new business and build long-term client partnerships through proactive outbound business development/sales calls
• Develop relationships with technology professionals and hiring managers
• Source and place high-quality technology talent
• Manage the full end to end / 360 recruitment process - from initial sales calls, to closing the deal
• Become a trusted expert within your specialist market
• Build your own network, reputation, and personal brand
