The Role

We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a busy and supportive finance team in West Malling. This part-time position is ideal for an experienced accounts professional seeking flexibility while maintaining a varied and hands-on finance role.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Assisting with bank reconciliations
• Supporting payment runs and supplier queries
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with credit control activities
• Supporting month-end finance processes and reporting

About You

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills
