Lunch Cover Practitioner | SEND Early Years | Cheltenham

Reed Education is recruiting a Lunch Cover Practitioner for a specialist SEND early years setting in Cheltenham.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm (20 hours per week)

Term Time Only (39 weeks per year + additional holiday days)

Pay: £16-£17 per hour

About the Role

Support children aged 0-5 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a nurturing and inclusive early years environment. You'll help create engaging play-based learning experiences and support children's development, wellbeing, and independence.

We're Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification as a minimum

Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner experience

Passion for SEND and inclusive education

Knowledge of safeguarding and child development

Positive, caring, and adaptable approach
