We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a successful and growing local business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience operating embroidery machines who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality finished products Setting up machines and ensuring production runs efficiently Monitoring quality standards throughout the embroidery process Preparing materials and products for production Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any faults Supporting the wider production team as required
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience operating embroidery machines is essential Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work
