CBW is currently looking for 3 Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to be based in a commercial building located in the City. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (NVQ or C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical basic, electrical and fabric maintenance to the following. You will be working in a very client facing high end Law Firm so attention to detail & proffesionalism. Duties & Responsibilities: Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set Water Treatment (Temperature checks Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings Emergency light testing Basic Electrical duties General fabric duties/making goodHours of work Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Requirements Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc) A proven track record in Building Maintenance Good Communication Skills. Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
