Project Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Salary - £55,000

Location - Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)

Duration - 16 months

Robert Walters has partnered with a leading organisation in their field to support their search for a Project Manager. This role involves managing the delivery of business-critical projects to cover maternity leave. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver on the current portfolio of work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and provide programme reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, using delivery data to demonstrate effective project control.
• Strengthen the Project Management function by improving governance, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead project delivery across engineering teams using Agile methodologies.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment, ideally within software development. Applicants with operational, commercial, or engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Formal training in delivery management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, PMQ).
• Recent hands-on experience in Agile delivery across multiple teams.
