Position: Fettler Location: Truro  Type of position: permanent Salary: £27101 per annum Working hours: Monday – Thursday, 06.30 – 16.45 We are seeking a Fettler to join our team based near Truro.  You will be required to use hand tools and machinery to grind, de-burr, remove weld spatter and finish metal components to specified tolerances. Responsibilities: Fettling, sanding, and de-burring metal components to engineering drawings Operating hand, air, and power tools to remove sharp edges and finish parts Part marking, reworking parts, and supporting quality control checks Collection/movement of parts from different locations within the factory.  Meet the expected standards of accuracy, efficiency and quality as set by the Company Inspect completed work for defects and make necessary repairs as required Maintain tools and equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations Operation of all associated machinery and tools to move components Requirements: The appropriate candidate must have previous experience of fettling, sanding, and de-burring metal components Ability to use tools and work 4 day week Benefits Company pension Cycle to work scheme Free parking On-site parking 4 day week every Friday off If you think this is appropriate opportunity, please email your CV to (url removed) or contact Marta on (phone number removed) Omega is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
