We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in South Tyneside, known for delivering exceptional client service and providing a professional environment where people can genuinely develop their careers.

The Role

You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Shared ownership and Right to Buy transactions
• New build and Help to Buy matters
• Client liaison from instruction through to completion

You'll work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented approach
