Location: Gloucestershire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £12.71-£14 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling customer queries via phone, email and online platforms
• Processing and taking customer sales orders accurately.
• Researching and identifying potential new customers and business opportunities.
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information on internal systems.
• Building positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Checking dispatch status and advising on products
