Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group assistance to students with behavioural difficulties, emotional needs, and additional learning requirements.
• Encourage positive behaviour, emotional awareness, self-confidence, independence, and the development of social skills.
• Work alongside teachers, SEN professionals, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised behaviour support plans.
• Develop positive relationships with students by offering consistent guidance, encouragement, and emotional support.
