Commercial Partnerships Executive - Travel Industry
We are recruiting for an exciting Commercial Partnerships Executive opportunity with a leading travel membership organisation. Supporting a large network of independent travel businesses and working with a wide range of travel suppliers, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded travel professional looking to develop their career within a respected and influential organisation. Working within a collaborative commercial team, you will manage supplier partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, support trading performance and help deliver commercial initiatives across multiple travel sectors. You will also play a key role in supporting cruise related commercial activity, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with account management, supplier relationship or commercial experience within the travel industry.
Commercial Partnerships Executive - Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of travel supplier partners, ensuring strong engagement and commercial performance.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, trading terms and promotional opportunities to maximise value and revenue.
• Support the delivery of cruise focused commercial initiatives, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive sales and engagement.
• Monitor trading results, analyse performance data and identify opportunities to improve commercial returns.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews, forecasting and performance reporting, providing recommendations to support business growth.
• Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and represent the business at supplier meetings, conferences and events.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide commercial insight and support to help maximise opportunities for members and supplier partners alike.

• Previous experience within a commercial, account management, supplier partnerships, business development or trading role within the travel industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain successful supplier or business partner relationships.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Cruise sector knowledge or experience would be highly advantageous.
• Self motivated, proactive and passionate about the travel industry.

• Salary of £35,000 plus benefits.
• Office based role in Woking, Surrey, Monday to Friday.
