Your new role
Working as a temporary receptionist, you will be responsible for

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
• Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor access
• Handling incoming and outgoing posts
• Maintaining reception and communal areas
• Providing administrative support to office teams
• Assisting with data entry and general office duties as required

Car ownership is highly recommended due to the location of the office.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous reception, front-of-house, customer service, or administrative experience

• Professional and confident communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
• Availability to undertake short-notice assignments

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP, £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
