The Role: Financial Planning Consultant

Job Outline: We are looking for a driven and ambitious Financial Adviser to join our growing team to build client relationships in the private client and entrepreneurial community.

As someone who lives and breathes financial planning and has their finger on the pulse, you’ll be responsible for engaging our community, helping to turn prospects into clients, and clients into ambassadors.

• Build and develop trusted relationships with high calibre prospects & clients
• Deliver first class advice and financial planning strategies to improve client outcomes

• You are a driven individual who is looking to continue to build their career at a high-performing private client business
• You live & breathe financial planning and investment and have your finger on the pulse of entrepreneurship
• A pragmatic thinker with excellent attention to detail
• You are a curious and collaborative person who has a willingness to start conversations, get stuck in and thrive in a continuous improvement culture
• Naturally personable, a great communicator, and passionate about doing a great job whilst enjoying day-to-day working life

Experience & Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in proactively creating new business opportunities
• 2+ years’ experience being a regulated financial adviser (CAS)
• 3+ years in financial services with a strong technical ability is essential
• Excellent relationship building with the ability to develop rapport
• High level of literacy, numeracy, and IT competency, ideally with experience of maximising CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Ability to understand data and use it effectively to create opportunities
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
