One of Herefordshire's longest-established firms is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its team. This is a permanent role based in Hereford, with both full-time and part-time positions considered.

The Firm

Our client is a highly reputable and well-established Herefordshire practice known for exceptional service and high staff retention. With a strong focus on quality work, the firm has established itself as a trusted name in the region's legal sector.

The Role

The firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a full range of commercial property matters, from instruction to completion, with comprehensive support provided.

You will join a small team of three solicitors, taking over an existing caseload and handling new matters from the outset. You will have your own office rather than working in an open-plan environment.

Your caseload will be diverse, to include:

• Commercial lease transactions
• Sale and purchase transactions
• Partnership matters
• Property tax planning

You will also assist in more complex property and sale and acquisitions.

The Candidate

As the ideal candidate, you will have strong ties to the area and a good understanding of the local market. You will have at least 3 years of experience managing your own caseload independently, and a willingness to participate in networking and marketing events is also desirable.
