Job Title: International Credit Representative

Location: London Office

Are you a dynamic and accurate Accounts Service professional looking to make a significant impact in the EMEA region? We are seeking a Credit Representative to join our team in London!

Key Responsibilities

• Order releases.
• Collections.
• Review and analyse credit applications for new and existing customers.
• Answer phone and emails.
• Process credit card payments.
• Any miscellaneous tasks that may come up.

Collections Management:

• Collect delinquent accounts through phone, email, and internal True support.
• Monitor accounts receivables.
• Escalate severely delinquent accounts.
• Maintain detailed collection notes and documentation.

Order Release and Credit Holds

• Review orders that fail credit.
• Determine if orders can be released based on payment history, credit exposure, and financials risk.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service regarding held orders.
• Minimize shipment delays while protecting company assets.

Accounts Receivable Support

• Reconcile customer accounts.
• Process applies, adjustments, and refunds.
• Investigate billing disputes and payment discrepancies.
• Approve due-date changes and account maintenance requests.
• Ensure accurate customer records.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, statements, payments, and account status.
• Resolve disputes professionally and timely.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while enforcing company credit policies.

Risk Management

• Identify potential bad debt risks.
• Monitor credit exposure and concentration risks.
• Support company efforts to minimize write-offs and bad debt expense.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reduction in bad debt losses and write-offs.

Education
