Site Manager - Groundworks & Civils 📍 Leicestershire 💰 Competitive Day Rate 📅 30-Week Contract 🚀 Start: 9th November (potential for earlier date) ⏰ Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:30/5:00pm 🏗️ Fully Site-Based The Role We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the groundworks and earthworks package on a large residential housing development in Leicestershire. Working for the Principal Contractor for this phase of the project, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, completing all required paperwork and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Experience Required ✅ CSCS Black Card ✅ SMSTS ✅ First Aid at Work ✅ 10+ years' Site Management experience ✅ Groundworks, Earthworks & Civils background ✅ Strong knowledge of ITPs, CDM and site compliance paperwork ✅ Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Desirable ⭐ Previous experience delivering residential earthworks packages ⭐ Roads, drainage and utilities experience ⭐ Experience working for leading groundworks or civil engineering contractors What's on Offer? * 30-week contract * Potential for extension * Immediate requirement ⚠️ Please note: Travel and accommodation expenses are not covered, so local candidates are preferred.
