Key responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the organisation’s digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Manage the performance of all digital channels, analysing data to optimise campaigns and digital activities.
• Take ownership of paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, ensuring targeting, bidding, and budget allocation maximise return on investment.
• Design and execute focused email marketing campaigns and automate customer journeys using CRM and HubSpot.
• Maintain and enhance website performance, improving user journeys and conversion paths to generate more leads.
• Create compelling, customer-focused digital content, translating technical information into accessible messaging.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness across all areas.
• Implement tracking and analytics solutions, analysing campaign data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless flow of leads from marketing activities through to sales.

About you:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with strong practical knowledge of PPC, particularly Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple digital channels and campaigns.
• Expertise in HubSpot, including segmentation, forms, landing pages, workflows, and automation.
• Strong website management and conversion rate optimisation skills.
• Exceptional copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Ability to interpret analytics data using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
• Experience embracing and integrating AI into marketing processes.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
