This curated network brings together high-growth founders, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth business owners to share practical commercial insights and peer support. While this is an autonomous, greenfield role where you will build a network from scratch, you will operate with the extensive leverage and security of being fully backed by a highly successful wider corporate group, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO.

Package & Flexibility

• Financial Reward:£40,000 base salary | £100,000 OTE
• Commission Structure: Uncapped commission scheme built for high achievers.
• Workplace Flexibility:Hybrid working structure (2 days office-based, 2 days home-based, 1 day flexible/field-based) - Central London

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer the pipeline: Build a self-generated pipeline of high-potential prospects using cold outreach, warm introductions, and strategic networking.
• Lead consultative discovery: Conduct deep-dive conversations with business owners to understand their challenges and articulate the clear ROI of a peer network.
• Manage short sales cycles: Maintain high activity levels to consistently close high-value membership deals within a swift 1-month cycle.
• Command founder credibility: Negotiate membership terms flexibly while demonstrating the gravitas required to win trust with time-pressed business owners.
• Nurture the ecosystem: Manage relationships with existing members, identify expansion opportunities, and represent the brand authentically at high-level events.

Experience & Skills

• Proven track record: Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a heavy focus on outbound new business development and independent prospecting.
• Relationship-led selling: Demonstrated success in consultative or high-trust B2B sales environments (e.g., professional services, high-end memberships, partnerships).
• Commercial acumen: Absolute comfort researching and independently engaging elite decision-makers, speaking directly to their strategic business priorities.
• Target-driven autonomy: A disciplined approach to time and pipeline management, thriving in a role with minimal hand-holding.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience selling directly into founder, owner-operator, or high-net-worth (HNW/UHNW) networks.
• A background in executive search, corporate advisory, private membership clubs, or partner-led sales models.
• Existing connections or credibility within the entrepreneurial or investment communities.
