Construction Site Manager Location: Ellesmere Port Project: £3m New Build Development Duration: 48 Weeks Start Date: Imminent / Immediate About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a prestigious £3m new build project in Ellesmere Port. Key Responsibilities * Site Operations: Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. * Health & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety standards, conducting inductions, tool-box talks, and regular site audits. * Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and supervise trade contractors, labour, and visiting specialists to maintain high-quality workmanship. * Quality Control: Ensure all construction works comply with current building regulations, architectural drawings, and design specifications. * Progress Tracking: Liaise closely with the Project Manager and client stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme milestones and resolving any site queries proactively. Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering new build projects * Valid CSMS/CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certifications. * Strong technical understanding of construction methods, design details, and building regulations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
