We're working with a successful, growing engineering business looking for an Aftermarket Service Manager to lead its service team, manage technical projects and support major industrial customers across the UK and overseas. The Role * Lead and coordinate field service engineers and technicians * Manage maintenance, installation and retrofit projects * Oversee quotations, site surveys, scheduling and technical support * Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams * Ensure safe, efficient project delivery and compliance * Occasional UK, overseas and offshore travel What We're Looking For * Experience in service management or engineering project delivery * Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification * Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, installation or fabrication * Background in oil and gas, power generation, heavy engineering or similar * Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills * Willingness to undertake offshore training and travel What's on Offer? * £40,000 – £45,000, negotiable * Company car or car allowance * Bonus and benefits package * 4.5-day working week and flexible hours * Genuine long-term career progression A fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied engineering service function within a growing business that values experience and invests in its people.
