Complete Classroom Services is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work within educational settings in Bedford.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide effective classroom support, helping pupils engage with learning and develop their confidence and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a supportive learning environment.
• Helping pupils develop their academic, social and emotional skills.
• Promoting inclusion and ensuring all pupils have the opportunity to succeed.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
• Demonstrate patience, flexibility and a positive attitude.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from teaching staff.
• Have previous experience in a school or educational setting, although relevant transferable experience may also be considered.
