Looking for a great shift pattern and long-term opportunity? We are looking for an experienced PSV Technician / HGV Mechanic to join a busy and well-established fleet workshop in the Heathrow area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician with a background in PSVs, buses, coaches, HGVs or commercial vehicles to join a professional team, working on a modern and varied fleet. PSV Technician / HGV Mechanic -The Role You will be responsible for keeping vehicles safe, reliable and roadworthy through planned maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs. Key responsibilities include: Servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fault diagnosis Repairs and defect rectification MOT preparation and safety inspections Completing job cards and maintenance records Identifying additional defects and parts requirements Working as part of a busy workshop team Supporting apprentices where required Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping PSV Technician / HGV Mechanic -What We're Looking For Previous experience as a PSV Technician, Bus Mechanic, HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Experience servicing and repairing heavy vehicles Full UK Manual Driving Licence Good communication and teamwork skills A reliable, proactive approach with strong attention to detail PSV Technician / HGV Mechanic -What’s on Offer? £53,000 basic salary Additional £100 per night for scheduled night shifts 4 on, 4 off shift pattern 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Company pension Free on-site parking Modern workshop environment Ongoing training and development Long-term career progression PSV Technician / HGV Mechanic  -Apply Today If you're an experienced PSV Technician, Bus Mechanic, HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician looking for a secure, well-paid position with an excellent shift pattern, get in touch today.
