Our client based in a beautiful setting in Buckinghamshire is a well established, locally recognised brand and an out and out specialist in their field. This is a great time join as the business is upscaling their HR team and the time is right for them to hire and onboard a true generalist HR Manager to lead across the board, both operationally and strategically.

Ideally bringing experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic SME, with strategic input absolutely on offer and needed, the business is outstanding in terms of its setting and with a forwarding thinking, pro HR business leader, will provide the successful applicant with an inspirational platform to bring ideas and shape the function! An onsite working environment, we'd be seeking those who have their own transport, have already worked as an SME HR Lead and bring energy and positivity to everything they do.

A new role in its makeup, it's a real opportunity for someone to either come in and take ownership from an experienced standpoint, but could also suit an applicant from a Snr HR Advisory space, looking to step up into leadership.

The main duties are:

• Provide full leadership and guidance on Employee Relations matters, enjoying that part of your generalist experience.
• Provide support for compensation, benefits and new wellbeing policies, with the importance of the company's strong cultural identity at the fore.
• Manage training, development, succession planning and engagement strategy across the company.
• Take ownership of all business recruitment strategy and process.
• Be the first point of contact for all generalist HR requirements and beyond.
• Line management and guidance of an HR Coordinator.

This is a rarely available role for such a prominent brand and we'd love to hear from anyone keen to learn more about its scope. A real challenge is on offer as businesses within this sector can be traditional by nature, but it is a successful and strong culture of development where people are at the forefront of that success, and the HR team is (and will be further) an integral driver behind that.

You should be an out and out generalist to be considered, systems savvy and if you brought with you experience from within a heavily regulated/compliance oriented sector, that would be amazing!
