Export Administrator Groomfield Recruitment – Recruiting on behalf of our client in West Bromwich. Groomfield Recruitment is recruiting for an Export Administrator to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in managing larger project orders and shipments, supporting Export Sales Managers and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service. Key Responsibilities * Process customer orders and respond to email enquiries. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective order book management. * Support Export Sales Managers with customer communications and updates. * Attend regular meetings to monitor progress and keep projects on track. * Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM. * Provide general administrative support and identify opportunities for process improvements. What We're Looking For * Previous experience in export administration, project administration, coordination or a similar role. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. * A flexible, adaptable and proactive approach. * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. * A strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
