Our client, a well-established further education college, is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Teacher to join its teaching team.

The Role
As a Business Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality business lessons.
* Teaching students across a range of abilities and educational backgrounds.
* Delivering business-related subjects, including marketing, finance, enterprise and business management.
* Developing students' commercial awareness and understanding of the business environment.
* Preparing learners for relevant vocational and academic qualifications.
* Assessing coursework, assignments and examinations.
* Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
* Supporting learners with their academic and personal development.
* Creating an inclusive, positive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Contributing to curriculum development and departmental activities.

The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who:
* Holds a relevant degree or qualification in Business, Business Management or a related subject.
* Has a recognised teaching qualification, or is willing to work towards one.
* Has experience within a business or commercial environment.
* Has strong subject knowledge across areas such as marketing, finance, enterprise or business management.
* Has previous teaching experience, ideally within further education.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Can motivate, engage and inspire students.
