We're looking for skilled Welders to join a world-class manufacturing team in Larne on an ongoing, high-reward assignment. What you will be doing: Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases. Fabricate, modify, and rework complex structures-often without the aid of detailed prints or fixtures. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plan your work sequence effectively. Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organisation practices. Mentor and train other team members when required, upholding core company values. Who you are: You hold a Formal Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding. You have a proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings. You possess strong practical arithmetic skills and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions. You have the flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required.
