• Managing the full sales journey, from initial engagement to final negotiation.
• Providing strategic and innovative thinking to expand product ranges within current accounts.
• Tenaciously seeking new opportunities for sales to increase profitable growth.
• Analysing sales data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Forecasting and monthly budget reporting.
• Interpreting customer briefs and liaising with all departments to ensure participation in briefs/tender submissions meet customer expectations.
• Leading sales pitches and negotiating with customers to close deals swiftly.
• Delivering exceptional and proactive customer service.
