Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Divisional Managing Director and wider Divisional Leadership Team. Your Role: As Personal Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting divisional leadership, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and enabling effective decision-making across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive executive support to the Divisional Managing Director and Leadership Team
• Managing complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and business priorities
• Coordinating communications, correspondence and the flow of key business information
• Preparing reports, presentations, meeting packs and briefing materials
• Supporting leadership meetings, ensuring actions and follow-ups are effectively managed
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and external partners
• Acting as a trusted ambassador for the division, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times
• Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
• Supporting cross-functional coordination to help deliver divisional objectives
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail in all activities

What We're Looking For: We're looking for a highly capable and professional individual who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience providing executive or Personal Assistant support to senior leaders within a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing competing priorities and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems effectively
• High levels of discretion, professionalism and sound judgement when handling confidential information
