Finance Systems Analyst

Location: Goring- by - sea

Salary: £55-60,000

Join a business investing in its finance systems, reporting, and planning capabilities, where you'll help drive better decision-making through data, analysis, and automation.

You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business intelligence, working closely with finance, operational, and IT teams. This is a varied position combining commercial finance with reporting and systems development.

What you'll do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Develop financial models, analyse performance, and provide insight on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, maintain data models, and support finance systems and transformation projects.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial and operational data, providing insight and recommendations to improve business performance.

What you'll need

• ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified, Finalist, or Newly Qualified.
• Experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Analysis.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Understanding of data governance and reporting structures.
• Ability to communicate complex information to non-finance stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience within manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments.
• Exposure to planning, budgeting, and forecasting systems.
