I am currently supporting a well established facilities service business based in London looking to hire a Finance Business Partner. This is a commercially focused role offering the opportunity to work closely with both senior stakeholders and key clients across a portfolio of service contracts.

Your new role
As Finance Business Partner, you will take ownership of the end-to-end financial management of a portfolio of key client contracts. You will provide analysis, insight and commercial challenge to support decision-making, improve contract performance and maximise value.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with operational and client teams to provide commercial and financial insight.
• Managing and reporting on contract performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Producing financial analysis, forecasts and reporting to support key business decisions.
• Supporting contract optimisation and challenging operational performance where required.
• Managing billing, cash collection and balance sheet performance across your portfolio.
• Building strong relationships with client representatives and supporting commercial negotiations.
• Providing financial frameworks and KPIs to monitor and improve contract performance.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating financial and non-financial information into clear recommendations.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you'll be a qualified finance professional, with strong commercial finance experience, ideally gained within facilities management, outsourcing, contracting or another service-led environment. Previous client-facing experience is essential, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be commercially minded, confident challenging stakeholders and comfortable working within a fast-paced business.
