Description

• Process payroll data accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Handle employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
• Assist with payroll audits and resolve any discrepancies.
• Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
• Support the wider accounting and finance department with administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

• 3 years + experience in end to end payroll administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in a high volume payroll environment.
• Excellent communication skills for resolving payroll queries.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and finance teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ideally you will have SAP experience
• Experience working in payroll bureau or outsourced payroll environment, would be desirable.
