A varied, commercially focused role for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing sales opportunities with new & existing customers across service contracts, maintenance packages and new product lines. The role also has an element of engineering service co-ordination for customers.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers via CRM and company-generated leads.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, converting enquiries into orders.
• Build customer relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and additional sales.
• Promote service contracts, maintenance packages and new products as they are introduced.
• Co-ordinate customer service enquiries and engineering activities, ensuring customers receive a responsive, professional service.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work towards agreed sales targets.

Experience required:

• A background in sales or a commercially focused customer-facing role, with the confidence to follow up opportunities, understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales.
• Experience in a B2B sales role is preferrable but not essential
• Commercially aware, organised and comfortable balancing proactive selling with operational responsibilities.
