  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing commentary where required.
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of financial controls, processes and reporting procedures.
  • Ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date across finance systems, including Xero and other business software.
  • Help develop meaningful financial reports and dashboards to improve visibility across the business.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to junior members of the finance team, helping coordinate workloads and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business, responding to financial queries and providing support where needed.
  • Assist with financial modelling, scenario planning and commercial analysis as required.
  • Contribute to finance and business improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
  • Take an active role in your own professional development, working towards further accounting qualifications and increased responsibility within the team.
What's on Offer
