Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Plan and deliver lessons for long-term placements or teach pre-prepared lessons for day-to-day supply. Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback where appropriate. Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to promote positive learning outcomes. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching within a primary school setting. Good knowledge of the primary curriculum, including EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A flexible, reliable and professional approach to teaching.
