Account Exec/ Client Success

I'm recruiting for a Client Success Executive to join a growing agency team in Derbyshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in account management, client services or project coordination who enjoys being the person clients can rely on to keep everything moving.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, build strong client relationships and work closely with internal teams to ensure projects, reporting and deadlines stay on track.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of client accounts
• Coordinate projects, priorities and deadlines across internal teams
• Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure everything gets off to a strong start
• Produce clear performance reports and communicate updates back to clients
• Keep projects organised using systems such as monday.com or similar platforms

What I'm looking for:

• 1-3 years' experience in client services, account management, agency or project coordination
• Confident, personable communication skills and experience dealing directly with clients
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines
• Comfortable with reporting, data and tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
• A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership and flag issues early

Experience within marketing, media, advertising or digital would be particularly useful, but isn't essential.

This could be a brilliant next step for someone looking to develop their career within Client Success / Account Management and take on more ownership of client relationships.
