We are currently recruiting a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in West Molesey on a long-term basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young learners, supporting classroom activities and contributing to a positive and engaging school environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the class teacher with daily lessons and classroom activities. Provide individual and small-group support to pupils who need additional guidance. Help children develop their literacy, numeracy and communication skills. Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independent learning. Prepare classroom resources and support engaging learning activities. Monitor pupils' progress and provide feedback to the class teacher. What We're Looking For Previous experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting. A good understanding of the primary curriculum. Strong communication and organisational skills. A patient, approachable and proactive attitude. Ability to work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
