An exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a growing technology and services organisation based in Watford. Working closely with managers across the business, you'll provide expert HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and wider people initiatives.

Description

• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
• Support employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
• Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising, interviewing and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures
• Produce HR reports and management information as required
• Coordinate learning and development activities
• Manage new starter, probation and leaver processes
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
• Support HR projects and wider people initiatives

Profile

A successful 'Hr Advisor' should have:

• Previous experience within an HR Advisor or HR Generalist position
• CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified, or working towards qualification
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing employee relations cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
