Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, you will lead the budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business partnering functions, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Description

• Lead the annual budgeting process and Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP).
• Provide insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to executive stakeholders.
• Lead, develop and mentor a team of Finance and Procurement Business Partners.
• Support strategic decision-making through robust financial modelling, business case development, and investment appraisal.
• Drive a strong business partnering culture across operational and corporate functions.
• Oversee capital programme monitoring and financial governance.
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement and contract management activities.

Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA).
• Experienced in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• An effective people leader with experience developing high-performing teams.
• Skilled in financial modelling, business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable presenting financial information and recommendations to executive-level audiences.
• The role requires vetting (fast-track options in place)
