WE'RE HIRING – 3 x MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS 🚨 📍 Location: Brandon, Suffolk (IP27) 💷 Pay: £160 per day 📅 Start Date: Monday 9th November 2026 ⏳ Duration: 7 weeks (until 23rd December) 🕗 Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am – 4pm 👷 Positions: 3 Available Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for 3 experienced Maintenance Supervisors to work with a leading UK property maintenance contractor on a temporary contract in Brandon, Suffolk. 🔧 THE ROLE: ✅ Supervising day-to-day building maintenance and repair works ✅ Managing tradespeople, operatives and subcontractors ✅ Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities ✅ Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard ✅ Conducting site inspections and ensuring health & safety compliance ✅ Liaising with contract managers and coordinating workloads 👷 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: ✔️ Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Repairs Supervisor or Site Supervisor ✔️ Strong background in building maintenance, property repairs or social housing ✔️ Experience supervising trades and subcontractors ✔️ Good understanding of RAMS and health & safety procedures ✔️ SSSTS, SMSTS or CSCS desirable but not essential ✔️ Must be available to start 9th November 📋 COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidates must be able to provide: ✅ Basic DBS check ✅ Two employment references ✅ Right to Work documentation ✅ Valid photographic ID ✅ Relevant mandatory training documentation ✅ Fleet/driver compliance where applicable 💥 3 POSITIONS AVAILABLE – QUICK TURNAROUND! 📩 INTERESTED?
