Our client is keen to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their team

Purpose/Objectives of Job

To answer the reception phone on a full time basis from 9.00am to 5.00pm – 5 days a week. Look after the reception area, greeting guests and dealing with visitors to the site on a daily basis.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Answer the main reception phone and direct calls across the site.
• Maintain the main reception area, ensure the area is clean and tidy and report any areas that need attention. Greet visitors and suppliers on site.
• Water plants and inspect the porch area on a weekly basis and advise any areas that need attention.
• Admin support for Directors as requested.
• Make coffee and tea for Directors/visitors as requested
• Maintain the Boardroom, ensure it is clean and tidy at all times
• Maintain Directors kitchen area to include ensuring all supplies in the fridge are maintained, ie water, milk and sundries.
• Unload and load the dishwasher on a regular basis.
• Bring in the milk on a Tuesday and Thursday and put in Directors fridge
• Full Admin support for operations unit 3 office as and when directed
• Maintain telephone list and update on a regular basis and distribute.
• Organise lunches/breakfast when requested by Directors and Managers via PO system in Accounts.
• Maintain client Christmas card list, help with Christmas gifts and cards as directed
• Completion of OBA for Royal Mail on a daily basis online.

Person Specification

• Self-motivated, with good organisational skills & communication skills.
• Competent in the use of Windows Office Packages and Logistics Management Systems.
• Flexible approach with good attention to detail
• Good time keeping, reliable & team player
• Vibrant and friendly personality, a good people person.
