Senior Associate – Insurance Coverage & Disputes

A leading UK law firm is looking to recruit a talented Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Insurance Coverage & Disputes team in London.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-value insurance and reinsurance disputes for a prestigious client base that includes insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd's syndicates and market intermediaries. The role offers exposure to sophisticated coverage issues, policy interpretation matters, reinsurance disputes and cross-border claims, while providing significant client contact and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued expansion of the practice.

The Role

• Advising on complex insurance coverage disputes across a range of business lines
• Handling policy interpretation and indemnity issues
• Acting on high-value and international reinsurance disputes
• Working directly with London Market insurers, reinsurers and Lloyd's syndicates
• Supporting business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships

About You

• 5+ years' PQE with a strong background in insurance disputes
• Experience gained within a recognised insurance practice
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value coverage matters
• Experience acting for insurers and/or reinsurers
• Strong knowledge of the London Market and Lloyd's environment
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills
