Working Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm

We are recruiting for an experienced and professional Day Concierge to join a prestigious residential development in East London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, maintaining high standards throughout the building and supporting the smooth day to day running of the development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in luxury residential concierge, hospitality or front of house services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming and friendly service to all residents, guests and visitors.
• Manage the reception desk, ensuring it remains presentable and organised at all times.
• Handle resident enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Manage incoming parcels, deliveries and collections, ensuring accurate record keeping.
• Oversee key management procedures, ensuring all keys are securely logged and controlled.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems, maintaining building security.
• Conduct regular building patrols, reporting maintenance issues, health and safety concerns or suspicious activity.
• Coordinate contractor access and ensure visitors are appropriately signed in and out.
• Assist residents with move-ins, move-outs and general building enquiries.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, incident logs and shift handovers.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, including fire alarms and security incidents.
• Work closely with the Building Management team to maintain excellent service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Concierge within a luxury residential development, high-end hospitality or similar customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident handling resident enquiries and resolving issues independently.
• Good IT skills and experience using concierge or building management systems.
• Understanding of building security, health and safety and emergency procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work.
