Group FP&A Manager

London/ Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

Tailored Search are working with a high-growth business looking to appoint a Group FP&A Manager into a key role within their finance team.

This is a broad, commercially focused role working across the Group, providing senior leadership with the insight they need to understand performance, challenge the numbers and support future growth.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of Group-wide planning and performance, including:

• Leading Group budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Providing insight into financial and operational performance across the Group
• Developing financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
• Producing Board, senior leadership and investor reporting
• Driving consistency across KPIs and management information
• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to improve performance
• Supporting acquisitions, integrations and wider strategic projects
• Improving reporting, data and BI capability
• Leading and developing a small team

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience
• Experience operating at Group level, ideally within a complex or multi-entity business
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Exposure to a PE-backed, acquisitive or high-growth environment would be advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI and/or SQL beneficial
