Basic Salary: Up to £25,000

OTE: £35,000+

Job Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generating new lettings business and identifying opportunities
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Managing enquiries from prospective tenants
• Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
• Cross-selling other services available to customers
• Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
• Keeping up to date with the latest property trends and market conditions

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
• Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst keeping personal and team objectives in mind
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local area
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Target-driven, ambitious and keen to succeed
