Head of Corporate Consulting

A leading employee benefits consulting business is seeking an experienced leader to head up its Corporate Healthcare practice.

This is a strategic leadership role combining client advisory, team leadership, market influence and commercial responsibility. You'll lead a team of consultants, manage key client relationships, develop insurer and provider partnerships, and drive growth across a well-established healthcare consulting business.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead a respected healthcare consulting division

• Influence market and provider relationships
• Develop and mentor talented consultants
• Play a key role in the wider leadership team

Essential Criteria:

• Significant experience in corporate healthcare consulting or employee benefits
• Proven leadership of high-performing consulting teams
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Deep understanding of the healthcare insurance market
• Commercially minded with a track record of growth and retention success
