Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 6 months’+ experience to join a leading defendant healthcare practice in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-value clinical negligence claims alongside experienced specialists, acting for major healthcare organisations and insurance clients. The role offers excellent exposure from an early stage, with strong support and clear opportunities for long-term career development.

You will assist with and manage a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters, including:

• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation
• Assisting with complex case preparation and strategy
• Supporting mediations, settlement negotiations and hearings
• Developing strong relationships with healthcare and insurance clients
• Working closely with experienced Solicitors on high-value claims

Experience

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 6 months’+ relevant experience, including those with backgrounds in:

• Clinical negligence
• Personal injury
• Insurance litigation
• Healthcare litigation

You’ll ideally have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career within defendant healthcare litigation.
