Quality Inspector * Competitive rates of pay up to £18 * Overtime opportunities * Stable, long-term employment * Opportunities for training and career development * 4 day working week available * Well Established Company * Good Benefits Our client who are a long-standing engineering firm in Morecambe are looking for a couple of Quality Inspectors due to continued growth and has a range of shift patterns available for suitable candidates The Job * Inspecting machined components to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards * Performing first-off, in-process, and final inspections * Operating CMM equipment using 3D models for accurate measurement and reporting * Completing inspection documentation and maintaining quality records * Identifying non-conformances and supporting corrective actions * Working closely with production to maintain high-quality output About you * Proven experience in a Quality Inspection role within a precision engineering environment * Ability to use conventional measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers, verniers, height gauges) * Experience operating CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) * Ability to inspect components using 3D models and engineering drawings * Strong understanding of quality standards, ideally within AS9100 environments If you are a quality inspector and live locally to Morecambe please get in touch with James @ TRF for more information
