You'll be hands-on across the shop floor, leading by example and ensuring the store operates efficiently while creating a welcoming environment for customers. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Store Manager with the overall operation and performance of the store Leading, motivating and supporting the retail team Delivering excellent customer service and sharing product knowledge Driving sales and helping the store achieve its targets Supporting with staff training, development and day-to-day coaching Maintaining high standards of merchandising, presentation and store standards Taking responsibility for opening and closing the store when required Supporting stock management, cash handling and operational procedures Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed About You We're looking for someone with previous retail experience who is confident supporting a team and taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of a store.
