Senior Site Manager Senior Site Manager required for new 6 storey Hospital Building in High Wycombe. It’s a modular build, but modular experience not essential. More so, looking for someone with a Carpentry background who can be out on site making things happen. Early stages, roughly 18 months of work Looking for applicants who: * Have a Carpentry background * Are local, from the surrounding area * Have previously worked as a Senior Site Manager * Are able to build rapport and communicate well at all levels * Able to take ownership of all aspects of the site reporting to the Project Manager * Ensure Health & Safety is of the highest standard * Motivate the team to meet deadlines and deliver within programme * Up to date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid If interested, please apply with an up to date CV
