Production Supervisor Location: Northumberland Salary: Competitive + Benefits We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join a successful manufacturing business in Northumberland. Reporting to the leadership you will be responsible for leading a team of operators, ensuring daily production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support production personnel across shift operations. * Ensure production schedules and KPI targets are met. * Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture. * Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions where required. * Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. * Manage employee performance, training, and development. * Utilising and overseeing stores. * Coordinate with planning, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to minimise downtime and maximise productivity. Requirements: * Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards. * Experience with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Flexible and proactive approach to supporting production demands
